Case Study

The Client

The Fourth Wall Theatre was born out of the creative mind of Tatiana Pless. Her mission is to support and train returned citizens from the Fayetteville, NC area to effectively re-enter society in a way that provides them healing and sets them up for success in their future endeavors. This unique theater program is aimed at breaking down the wall of stigma, judgment, and negativity placed on returned citizens. The program was in its infancy when I joined and while the budget was minimal, the ambition and creative drive was not. Pless and her team used their theater production management skills to push the creative bar while also keeping the big picture in sight.

The Ask

Create a web presence aimed at attracting participants and funding for the launch of the program.

The Process

I worked to build a solid brand under an accelerated timeline. Since the main objective was to build a website that would be managed by the client, much of the focus was around finding a platform and template that could be easily modified and updated without my assistance. Brand identity was being discussed right alongside the website options.

The Results

The Fourth Wall Theatre website was launched just four months after my work began. The site has room to grow along with the program. Business cards and letterhead were added and a brand toolkit and site wireframe was delivered as well.
